The iconic duo Zion & Lennox debuted three original songs this year including “Brisa” featuring Danny Ocean which premiered exclusively on Rolling Stone, “Berlin” featuring Maria Becerra which premiered exclusively on People Magazine, and most recently “Wayo” which premiered exclusively during Telemundo’s special World Cup 2022 coverage.
Having toured all over the world during this year, the duo is also set to perform one last time in 2022 during Telemundo’s special New Year’s Eve event airing on December 31, 2022. During the special performance the pair will perform their latest single “Wayo.”
In addition, earlier this year they performed “Otra Vez” at Premios Tu Música Urbana in Puerto Rico, they won a Premios Heat for their collaboration on “Loco,” and they received the prestigious acknowledgement for their successful career at the Monitor Latino Awards. Plus, they debuted their first-ever Fourth of July Durini Festival in Miami which included performances by Zion & Lennox, De La Ghetto, Micro TDH, Jerry Di, Akapellah, and many more.
Rolling Stone released their list of 100 Greatest Reggaeton Songs of All Time landing Zion & Lennox at number five with “Yo Voy” released in 2004. Also on the list was Zion at number 99 with “Zun Da Da” which he released solo in 2007.
In their 22 years of career, Zion & Lennox continue to showcase their versatility as artists, creators and innovators in the Latin music landscape. The duo has a lot in store for their fans in 2023, they will continue touring across the globe and plan to debut several new singles.
