After conquering audiences around the world with a successful tour this summer which took him across Europe to Latin America, Panamanian phenomenon Boza is gifting fans with a carefully curated bundle of tracks that captivate his true essence and recognizable flow, just in time to celebrate LatinX heritage month. Today, he presents “Qué Prefieres?”, a unique musical bundle featuring three unreleased tracks, including lead single “Qué Prefieres?» alongside Colombian artist Beéle, «Talismán» and «Pa’ que tú me vea». The new bundle is available NOW on all digital music platforms.
The focus track, “Qué Prefieres?» was written by Boza and Beéle, whom he previously collaborated with on the global hit “Ella Remix”, a song that reached Spotify’s Top 200 Global chart. “Qué Prefieres?” tells the story of a woman who can’t decide whether she wants a serious or casual relationship, motivated by her fear of what others may perceive of her decision. Highlighting a fusion of reggaeton and dancehall beats fused with acoustic sounds, the new single features one of Colombia’s most popular artists, Beéle.
The music video was directed by Diego Suarez and was filmed in Bogota’s El Codito neighborhood in Colombia.
On working with artist Beéle, Boza expressed, “We have an amazing friendship. Beéle is an incredible individual, and writer, and he is someone I can confide in.”
The new bundle also includes the captivating track “Talismán”, which is characterized by its Dancehall rhythm, and the innovative track “Pa’ que tú me veas”. The Tracks are meant to give Boza fans what they’ve been eagerly waiting for … new music! With his trademark style and impeccable fusion of rhythms and combined with well thought out lyrics, Boza has managed to create a formula that has positioned him as one of Latin America’s hottest acts. “The bundle came about organically. Each song came to me while I was on tour, and was inspired by different kinds of genres I listened to while touring Europe and the U.S. Every experience I lived through during that time, inspired each track,” commented the Panamanian artist.
This year, Boza released his second studio album “Bucle”, which has generated more than 585 millions combined streams and views, and went viral on social media with his track “Tik Tok”. He also released the music video for one of his most personal songs to date, “San Andrés”, which, prior to the video, reached No. 1 on Spotify and Apple Music in Panama, and was No. 1 on YouTube.
This summer, Boza toured Central America, U.S., Europe (Spain and Italy) and Colombia, and graced the Premios Juventud stage in Puerto Rico to give an unforgettable performance of his global hit “Ella Remix” alongside Lenny Tavarez and Juhn.
